The Scroll of Frostbolt is a magical scroll which teaches a ranged Ice or Water spell. It has a chance of freezing enemies solid, temporarily preventing them from moving or attacking. They remain vulnerable during this period, allowing you to attack freely and set up backstabs.

For reasons unknown, the Scroll of Frostbolt is not located anywhere on the Isle of Nex. The scroll exists in the game files, and Frostbolt can be cast normally.
