Glowing with a sickly green light and possessed of surprising intelligence and purpose despite having no obvious organs or nervous system, these amorphous puddles of goo should not be underestimated. Their gelatinous bodies can withstand a lot of punishment, and since they lack clearly defined features like a 'front' or a 'back', they are tricky to outmaneuver and cannot be backstabbed.
While not the heaviest hitters, they can absorb large amounts of punishment, and their attacks may cause sickness. Slimes need to be at melee range in order to attack, but they can throw sludge through grates. Although they are not the most dangerous of foes individually, they tend to live in small groups and will work together to surround and kill their prey.
